The Shoreliner offers a unique and convenient food experience right on the beach in Misquamicut, Rhode Island. We provide beachgoers with delicious, high-quality, and locally inspired meals and ice cream in a fun, fast, and casual setting. Stop by if you’re looking for an easy and delicious meal after a swim or while lounging by the waves.
The Shoreliner has very successfully served the Misquamicut beachgoing community as the “Little Mermaids” for the past 30 years. Now under new ownership, with some brand and menu updates, The Shoreliner picks up where Little Mermaids left off by continuing to provide a unique and convenient food experience on the beach in Misquamicut for many years to come.

Qebab
The Shoreliner standard, pronounced “Cha-bob”, served with bread, pickles, onions, and tzatziki dipping sauce
Hot Lobster Roll
A New England must, lobster meat sauteed with butter and scallions served on a potato roll
Western Burger
The Shoreliner’s take on a classic, served with cheese, bacon, grilled onions, and chipotle mayo on a potato roll
Soupy Dog
A Westerly standard, served with provolone cheese on a rustic roll
Poke Bowl
A fresh favorite, salmon marinated in soy sauce, scallions, sweet onions, sesame oil and seeds, served over jasmine rice with avocado, cucumber, mango, and arugula
Toasted Chickpea and Arugula Salad
Simple and tasty, mixed with diced shallots, extra virgin olive oil, and lemon juice

- Food Truck Operator / Head Cook: 20-40 hours per week at $20-$30 per hour, plus season end bonus based on individual and business performance. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a very driven and initiative-taking individual to get in on the ground floor of a new/evolving business that has a proven track record and significant growth potential. The Food Truck Operator will work alongside the new owner, and in doing so, be given an opportunity to be part of many aspects of the business which would not normally be available to a typical employee. Food safety manager certification required.
- Cashiers / Food Preparers / Servers: 20-40 hours per week at $15 per hour, plus tips. Looking for a fun, well-paying summer job at the beach? Come down to The Shoreliner to experience one of the best places to work in Misquamicut during the summer. Experience not required, but preferred.
